This agreement covers the Kynto apps: the iPhone app, the Android app and the desktop app. It is between you and ROBINABC LLC. The Terms of Service cover Kynto itself and apply as well.
Your license
ROBINABC LLC gives you a personal license to install and use the Kynto app on devices you own or control.
You cannot sell the app, rent it or pass your license to someone else. You cannot copy the app, take it apart or build something from it, except where the law says you can.
Kynto is for adults
You must be 18 or older to use the app.
Your data
By using the app you agree that Kynto handles your data the way the Privacy Policy describes.
Report and block
ROBINABC LLC has no tolerance for objectionable content or for people who abuse others. The Terms of Service list what is not allowed.
You can report a person from their profile, a room from its More menu and an image or a video from its message's menu, and you can block a person from their profile. Safety shows each step.
A moderator reads every report within 24 hours. When a report is upheld, ROBINABC LLC removes the content and removes the person who posted it from Kynto.
Other services
The app connects to services that other companies run: the streaming platforms you connect or watch, the service you sign in with, and Square for payments on the web. Their terms apply to your use of them.
Ending this agreement
You can stop at any time by removing the app. Removing the app does not delete your account. Delete your account under Account & Security or at kynto.io/user/delete-account.
Your license ends if you break this agreement or the Terms of Service.
If you got the app from the App Store
- This agreement is between you and ROBINABC LLC. It is not with Apple. ROBINABC LLC is responsible for the app and what is in it.
- Your license lets you use the app on any Apple device you own or control, as the App Store's usage rules allow.
- Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the app.
- ROBINABC LLC is responsible for any warranty, to the extent it is not disclaimed. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund what you paid for the app, if anything. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- ROBINABC LLC, and not Apple, handles any claim about the app. That includes product liability claims, claims that the app breaks a law, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
- If someone claims the app infringes their intellectual property, ROBINABC LLC handles that claim, and not Apple.
- You confirm that you are not in a country under a United States government embargo, or one the United States government names as supporting terrorism. You confirm that you are not on a United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow any other terms that apply when you use the app, such as your mobile data agreement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this agreement. Once you accept it, Apple can enforce it against you.
