Support

This page shows you how to reach the people who run Kynto, how to report or block someone and how to delete your account.

Contact support

Write to support@kynto.io. Tell us your username and what happened.

Report a person

  1. Tap or click their avatar and choose Profile.
  2. Choose Report.
  3. Say what happened and send it.

Your report goes to Kynto's moderation queue. The person you reported is not told. Safety explains what happens next.

Report a room, an image or a video

To report the room you are in, open the More menu at the top right and choose Report room. To report an image or a video in chat, open the message's menu and choose Report image or Report video. Safety has the details.

Block a person

Open their profile and choose Block. They are not told. After you block someone, their messages and requests stop reaching you. Safety lists everything a block covers.

Delete your account

In the Kynto app, open Account, then Delete account. If your account has a password, enter it. If you signed up with Google, Apple, Twitch, Discord or Kick and never set a password, type your username to confirm.

On the web, go to kynto.io/user/delete-account and enter your username and password.

Deleting your account removes your personal data right away and signs you out everywhere. It cannot be undone. The Privacy Policy says what is removed and what stays.
