Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and ROBINABC LLC, the company that runs Kynto. By using Kynto you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Kynto.

Kynto is for adults

You must be 18 or older to use Kynto. By using Kynto you confirm that you are. ROBINABC LLC closes an account that belongs to someone under 18.

Your account

  • You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your password to yourself.
  • Give an email address you can read. Kynto uses it to reach you and to let you back in.
  • Kynto can refuse a username.
  • If you sign in through another service such as Google or Apple, that service's own terms apply to your account with it.

What you make

You keep what you make in Kynto: your rooms, your items, your chains, your messages, your uploads and your avatar.

You give ROBINABC LLC permission to host it and to show it to other people in Kynto and on streams of the rooms you are in.

Rooms are public places. Everyone in a room can see what you say and do there. Anyone watching a stream of that room can see it too.

Only upload what you have the right to share.

Rules

You must not use Kynto for any of these:

  • Harassment, threats, bullying or stalking.
  • Hate toward a person or a group.
  • Sexual content or nudity.
  • Anything that sexualizes, exploits or endangers a minor.
  • Anything illegal where you are or in the United States.
  • Pretending to be another person or a member of Kynto's staff.
  • Sharing someone else's private information.
  • Spam or flooding.
  • Scraping Kynto, or automating it in any way other than its own chat commands.
  • Getting around moderation, a mute, a ban or a payment.

Report and block

If someone breaks these rules, report them. If you do not want to hear from someone, block them. Safety shows you how to do both.

ROBINABC LLC has no tolerance for objectionable content or for people who abuse others. A moderator reads every report within 24 hours.

If you break the rules

A room's moderators can mute you, freeze you, end your share, delete your message, kick you or ban you from that room. Kynto's operators can remove what you posted and can ban your account from all of Kynto. A ban can be for a set time or for good.

Streams and other platforms

A room's owner can stream their room. Your avatar and what you say in that room can appear on that stream, in Kynto and on the platforms the owner sends it to.

Kynto shows public chat from YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Rumble and Discord inside rooms. Those viewers appear as avatars.

If you connect your own streaming accounts to Kynto, you are responsible for following those platforms' terms.

Kash, apples and plans

  • Apples are earned inside Kynto. You spend them on items, tiles, room copies and pets. You cannot buy them.
  • Kash is bought with a card on the web. You spend it on premium looks. A look you buy stays on your account.
  • Kash and apples are not money and have no cash value. You cannot cash them out, sell them or give them to another account.
  • You can trade items with other people. Kash and apples cannot be part of a trade.
  • Plans are monthly subscriptions. The Store shows each plan and its price. Your card is charged when you subscribe and again each month.
  • You can cancel a plan at any time under Account & Security, Plan, Cancel plan. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. Until then you can change your mind with Keep my plan.
  • If a payment fails, Square tries your card again. The plan ends if it keeps failing.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel a plan. Cancel the plan first.
  • Support payments are gifts. They buy no perks.
  • Square handles card payments. Kynto does not receive your card number.
  • Kynto's mobile apps do not sell kash, plans or gifts. In those apps you can spend kash you already have.

Refunds: purchases are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If a payment went wrong, write to support@kynto.io.

Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time, in the app under Account & Security or on the web at kynto.io/user/delete-account. The Privacy Policy says what is removed and what stays.

ROBINABC LLC can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

The service as it is

Kynto is provided as it is. It changes often, and parts of it can break or go away. To the extent the law allows, ROBINABC LLC gives no warranty that Kynto will be available, free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, ROBINABC LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid ROBINABC LLC in the 12 months before your claim.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Florida govern these terms. Any dispute about them is heard in the courts of Florida.

Changes

The date at the top of this page shows when these terms last changed. Kynto tells you in the app before a change that takes something away from you or adds a new obligation. If you keep using Kynto after a change, you accept it.
